Returns & Exchanges

1. Refunds for purchasing services
  • If the orders fail to pass the review, the paid amount is refunded by default, and the processing time is 5-10 business days.
  • If returns are requested for an approved and purchased order , the return policy of the e-commerce platform shall prevail.
2. Refunds for consolidation services
  • If returns are requested for consolidation orders that are submitted but not sorted nor delivered, the user needs to contact the courier for the return.
  • Toppgo will not process rejected packages; for delivered and signed packages, please contact our customer service for the return, users shall bear the return shipping costs.
  • If returns are requested for sorted orders, users shall bear the return shipping costs. An additional charge of 8 RMB/package of handling fee is charged.
  • If returns are requested for orders that have been submitted to international shipping, users shall bear the return shipping costs. An additional charge of 8 RMB/package of return handling fee and 20 RMB/package of packing fee is charged. Domestic freight and handling fees will be taken out of the refund. The processing time is 5-10 business days.
